Carolyn Driscoll

Originally from Wigan, Lancashire, Carolyn graduated from Aberystwyth University with a History degree before embarking on a career in banking. After a few years, she had a career change and undertook a PGCE to become a Primary School Teacher. She taught in primary schools in Caerphilly for 26 years until the Summer of 2025 when she decided to retire from teaching and joined the team at the College to take over the Academic Administrator role, covering a maternity leave. In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys gardening, walking the dog, reading, visiting the theatre and caravanning. She is also the Treasurer of a local WI.
