The heart of what we do is to prepare women and men for ministry and mission, and so we provide not just theological training, but rather theological formation, which aims to develop not just knowledge and skills but also a Christ-like character. This means learning to be with God, oneself and others, about gathering with others and caring for them. It’s about being a pioneer as well as a minister, a disciple as well as a professional practitioner.
