Caren is retired and formerly worked as the Chief Digital Officer for Welsh Government.

Cedric is retired and formerly worked as the legal advisor for the Secretary of State for Wales.

Sarah is a former student of the College and is Associate Leader of Rhiwbina Baptist Church, Cardiff.

Rosa and Ed serve as Co-Principals and Trustees. They have responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of CBC.

Emma is a former Regional Minister and now works in local schools in South Wales.
